While I browsed in Ransel Kecil blog, I Found out an article about one of museum in Jakarta called 'Prasasti Museum'. Although there are just the gravestone and a bunch of statues without the graves, You can still fell the aura of the old cemetery. I think maybe that because their white, sad statues. Most of the statues are carved like angel and woman that describes sadness and serenity. My friend Heri took some picture that show how that place can bring the art and the horror in the same time. If you are Soe Hok Gie admirer, you will find his gravestone there, I give you a clue, find the grave with this quote "Nobody knows the trouble I see, Nobody knows my sorrow".
Hope all of you who read this post, live near Jakarta or in Jakarta and never been there before (or maybe just known it from me?? Oh please...) or someone on trip in Jakarta can spend your time to visit one of our museum.
