The Vision....

Thursday afternoon was my first meeting with my adviser to discuss about my research topic...what I want to do actually and why... but we didn't talked about the topic at all, he said he want to know me better.
His first question was what is my vision...simple but hard question to answer. I came up with vague answer that didn't make him satisfied. He said that it will be hard for him to help me accomplished my dream if I can not give him clear explanation about that. He gave me example from his own experience, his vision is to create young leader of Asia that's why he become a lecturer and try to help his students to reach their dream.
At that time i realized something (well actually I already knew it but I just wanted to ignored), I live my life just follow the flow. Where ever the flow brought me...I will go there. Maybe because I get older so now I think that just following what ever takes you doesn't feel right. I must have something that I dreamed about and I must make that dream as a vision. God created me in this world not just for me to life but for me to be something...Let's find out what I was born to be. If you also have same hesitation like me, don't give up and don't even think to run away...that aren't the answer...keep walk while you try to find out...since we are young so is not too late.
