Bang Toyib effect, the 'things' called 'gift', and summer holiday
Several years ago, the song with the 'Bang Toyib' ('Toyib' is name for male and 'bang' refer to respective call for husband or older man). The song was the story of the pitiful housewife who longing for her husband to come home. The husband has been away from home for 3 times 'Eid Mubarak' (almost 3 years).
Almost similar with 'Bang Toyib', I have been away from home for 2 years and 4 months. This is my longest record in my history. And then, this year I am going to go home soon. And guess what? Even my body is in my office and I am still doing my routine, actually my mind is already flight back to my beloved home, slept with my mom and my sister, and hangout with my friends. When I said this to may labmate, she just laugh and told me that it is natural. No matter how harsh I got scrolled from my superior, I am happy.
However, being away for such a long time came with the price called 'gift'. Maybe for some people from western country this is not common but most Asian need to pay attention with this. Well, it maybe costly and made my baggage little bit heavy and sometimes the requested stuffs are little bit extraordinary but the feeling of meeting your family, and your friends who you missed so much make me happy to select the gifts for each person.
I already have very big expectation about my coming home...you will understand my feeling if you also have been away for long time. I called my self a traveler, but no matter how strong you are, I believe that traveler also have something to miss for called home and family.
Let's put our stresses at working place in our office desk because our time with our family is too precious compared with those works. Happy summer holiday and don't worry be happy!!!!!
